As Salaamu Aalaykium,
We are Shadeed and Najibah Sabir, the proud creators of The Sit Down Cards. Married for 14 wonderful years and blessed with three beautiful children, we understand the importance of meaningful connections.
Our inspiration came from the heartwarming moments of our friends and family searching for the right questions to ask potential spouses. "The Sit Down" was born from the loving community in Philadelphia, symbolizing the beautiful journey of getting to know someone with halal dating.
Drawing from our years of marriage and friendship, we designed these cards to take the guesswork out of finding love, friendship, and that special someone. Our sincere hope is that The Sit Down Cards will spark heart-to-heart conversations and lead to lasting, loving marriages.
